How do I join the beta? Install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the beta invite link on your iPhone. Free for the first 100 testers.

Do I need an account? Manual logging, history, and charts work without one. The AI coach needs an account so it can remember your workouts — one tap with Sign in with Apple, no forms, no email.

What's free and what's paid? Free: manual logging, full history, charts, HealthKit, and 15 coach messages a month. Spotter Pro ($5.99/month or $49.99/year) removes the monthly cap for unlimited talk-to-log coaching.

How do I cancel Spotter Pro? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Spotter. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Where is my workout data? On your phone. See the privacy policy for exactly what leaves the device and why.

How do I delete my data? Delete the app to remove everything on the device. Email us to remove the small server-side account record (sign-in identifier, usage counter, subscription status).

The coach didn't respond — what now? Check your connection first. If you're out of free coach messages for the month, the app will offer Spotter Pro. If neither is the cause, use Send feedback and tell us what you asked — that's a bug we want.

Is Spotter medical advice? No. Spotter is a workout logging assistant. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
